A Message from the Director: Welcome to the homepage of the Columbia County Water Utility. Columbia County offers a full range of services for drinking water, wastewater treatment, and stormwater control.  These web pages have been established in hopes that they will exceed our customer’s needs where water is concerned.  We have tried to think of all the things you might want or need to know about the services we provide.
