Our mission, as part of the Columbia County Recreation Department, is to offer quality customer service to the citizens of Columbia County by striving to enrich their lives by providing opportunities through programs and activities during their leisure time.
 
Trails are open sunrise to sunset, 7 days a week. A map is posted on the front door of the education building.
 
 
Birthday Parties for Children ages 5 and Up: Does your child enjoy nature and the outdoors? Then sign up for a birthday party at Reed Creek Nature Park and Interpretive Center. Nature Explorers- Summer Day Camp
Come join us for a fun week of summer camp! Campers will learn about their natural environment through classes with topics that include reptiles, insects, birds, amphibians, wilderness survival, and our local watershed. They will also enjoy arts and crafts, water play, indoor/outdoor games, pond/creek exploration, and more. Bring a lunch; we'll provide snacks. T-shirt included! $125/week; early drop-off/late pick-up for additional fee. Space is limited. Registration is required by calling 706-210-4027 or email kbyne@columbiacountyga.gov.
