SUPERIOR COURTS OF COLUMBIA COUNTY

Situated at 1958 Appling Harlem Highway in Appling, the Columbia County Courthouse was built in 1856. As a result of the construction of the Columbia County Justice Center at 640 Ronald Reagan Drive in Evans, Columbia County has the oldest active courthouse in use and the newest judicial facility in the State. State law requires the use of the courthouse twice a year while the Justice Center now houses all judicial functions for the county.

Terms of Court begin on the fourth Monday in March and September.
