Mission Statement
To serve the public and register all eligible citizens to vote and assign voters to respective precincts in accordance with state and federal laws in order to conduct fair and impartial elections. We accomplish this mission by providing excellent customer service to candidates and the public by answering questions regarding elected officials and election districts, election statistics, and other registration and election related matters.

The Board of Elections office was established for the purpose of registering eligible persons to vote and conducting elections. We conduct all elections for Columbia County, including the cities of Harlem and Grovetown.
