This change was effective August 23, 2023, and the first election for this change will be November 7, 2023, for the Grovetown City/Municipal General Election.

For the upcoming November 7, 2023, 

City of Grovetown Municipal General Election: 

Absentee Ballots will be available: 

• Absentee Applications will be accepted August 21, 2023, through October 27, 2023; an application must be submitted to receive a ballot by mail.
• Absentee ballots will be mailed out October 16 – October 27, 2023.  

Early/Advance Voting will be available:

• Monday, October 16, 2023 – November 3, 2023, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday Voting will be available: October 21, 2023, and October 28, 2023; 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Early/Advance Voting will only be offered at the former Euchee Creek Library – located at 5907 Euchee Creek Drive, Grovetown.

030/Liberty Park - 1040 Newmantown Rd., Grovetown

031/Grovetown Methodist Church – 206 East Robinson Ave., Grovetown

033/Grovetown Dept. of Public Safety #2 – 5555 Harlem Grovetown Rd., Grovetown

034/Grovetown Branch Library – 105 Old Wrightsboro Rd., Grovetown

The voter registration deadline for this election is October 10, 2023.
