Wellness Wednesday

Kids ages 5-12 can join us every Wednesday for Wellness Wednesday's! This is an hour long program consisting of 30 minutes of physical activity, followed by a healthy snack! Activities will include things like yoga, kids bootcamp, scavenger hunts, and more!
