Columbia County Stormwater Compliance is partnering with Columbia County Library to encourage people of all ages to read and learn more about water! Whatever your age, there is a challenge for you. This challenge begins September 25th and runs through October 31st. Each participant can enter to win a grand prize. The more you read, the more chances you have to enter!
