Volunteer Recruitment Form
The Columbia County 3-1-1 Customer Service Center serves as the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) non-life threatening emergency call intake and emergency transportation coordination center during emergencies or disasters requiring EOC activation.
We have utilized County Employee volunteers and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers in the past to assist during winter storms and other events that required 24-hour EOC activations over a period from one to three days. If you are interested in being on the 3-1-1 volunteer call list and can participate in an orientation session, please complete all of the information fields below and submit it.
Once we receive groupings of 10 to 12 volunteers, Stephanie Pilcher will contact you with an orientation session date and time. Thank you for your assistance.
