311: Info & Help
Who to call when you need assistance, 3-1-1 or 706-868-3375.
3-1-1 is a free service of highly trained customer service staff to help you with requests for non-emergency County services and information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 3-1-1 offers a representative to speak with you directly Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm and monitors all after hours calls and/or emails that may need immediate attention.

Service Request Form
For Some instances it may be required to complete an online service request form. These are handled 8 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday. All requests submitted during non-business hours or on holidays will be handled on the next business day.
