The Market Pavilion home of The Evans Market, is hosted Saturdays from 9 am until 1 pm in the Spring and Fall of each year.   

The Market Pavilion offers a spacious and versatile event space for your next gathering. With a charming outdoor courtyard and a large covered area, this venue can accommodate both intimate and larger gatherings. 

Rental rates are per hour with a 4 hour minimum, and rental times are available between 7am and 12am for your convenience. The indoor capacity under the roof is 300 guests, while the outdoor courtyard can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Restrooms are conveniently located on site for the comfort of your guests. In addition, the paved parking lot can accommodate more than 200 vehicles, making transportation to and from your event a breeze.
