    1. Columbia County Food & Beverage Application 2026

      To apply as a food or beverage vendor with Columbia County, please follow these steps:

      1.    Complete the Vendor Application Form: Be sure to upload the following required documents:

      • Your 2026 Columbia County Occupational Tax Business License.
      • A copy of your Commercial General Liability Insurance coverage.
      • Your menu.
      • A photo of your vendor setup.

      2.    Submit the Application: Submitting the form will officially register you as a food and beverage vendor with Columbia County. Please note that this does not guarantee immediate scheduling for events.

      Important Information:

      • Event scheduling is finalized two months in advance.
      • If selected for an event, an event coordinator will contact you to confirm your participation.
      • Payment for the event is due no later than two weeks prior to the event date.
