Step One

Columbia County Food & Beverage Application 2026
To apply as a food or beverage vendor with Columbia County, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Vendor Application Form: Be sure to upload the following required documents:
- Your 2026 Columbia County Occupational Tax Business License.
- A copy of your Commercial General Liability Insurance coverage.
- Your menu.
- A photo of your vendor setup.
2. Submit the Application: Submitting the form will officially register you as a food and beverage vendor with Columbia County. Please note that this does not guarantee immediate scheduling for events.
Important Information:
- Event scheduling is finalized two months in advance.
- If selected for an event, an event coordinator will contact you to confirm your participation.
- Payment for the event is due no later than two weeks prior to the event date.

Vendor Acknowledgement

Please check each statement for acknowledgement. By selecting each statement you are confirming that you understand and are agreeing to the the vendor guidelines listed below.
Columbia County Events Staff have the authority to uphold and enforce all rules and guidelines listed below and may terminate your contract at anytime.
1. Vendors using tents must comply with Columbia County Fire Department regulations of having a fire retardant tent and a K Type Fire Extinguisher. If the on site Fire Marshall denies your equipment for non-compliance, you will be asked to remove any item(s) they request.
2. Tents must be secured by not less than 50 lbs. per corner. Additional securing is required as tent size increases.
3. Vendors must obtain a food service permit from the Columbia County Health Department.
4. Columbia County is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items.
5. Merchandise or setup cannot block isles, encroach on other vendors or public walking areas. Any vendor violating will be asked to relocate their materials.
6. Vendors may not leave premises after an event until ALL trash, debris, and waste is cleaned and disposed of. Dumping of any sort is prohibited. Food vendors using grease are responsible for disposing in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
7. NO glass bottled drinks may be sold by any vendor.
8. Columbia County is not responsible for providing or maintaining power for any vendors on site.
2026 Columbia County Occupational Tax Business License*
In order to complete this application, you must upload a copy of your current Columbia County Occupational Tax Business License.
Vendors holding a current occupational tax license out of Columbia County must contact licensing to register their business in Columbia County.

Commercial General Liability Coverage Insurance*
In order to complete application, you must upload a copy of your current Commercial General Liability Coverage Insurance.
If you do not currently have this type of insurance, please reach out to your insurance company on how to obtain this.
